    • Late returns

    • Fuel, tolls, damage, or traffic violations

No hidden fees — all optional charges are shown during the booking process.

3. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations must be submitted through our customer support.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing and rental plan selected.

  • No-show bookings without a cancellation request are non-refundable.

4. Vehicle Use & Responsibility

  • Report any accident, breakdown, or damage immediately

You are financially responsible for:

  • Loss of keys, accessories, or equipment

  • Resell or transfer rental reservations

  • Losses caused by delays, vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or events outside our control

  • Personal belongings left in the vehicle

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.

8. SMS, Phone & Email Communication

By making a booking or contacting us, you consent to receive:

  • Pickup & drop-off reminders

You may opt out at any time through:

  • Replying STOP to SMS

  • Clicking Unsubscribe in marketing emails

  • Contacting customer support

We do not send unsolicited messages, in full compliance with Google & carrier messaging policies.
